Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the US!

What is your order processing and shipping timeline?

Our products are made-to-order. Standard processing for in-stock designs is 3–5 business days turnaround time (TAT).

For items marked pre-order, please allow 7–14 business days turnaround time (TAT).

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout, and most orders ship via USPS, arriving within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

YES! Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email or text message with your tracking number. Use this number to check your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

I need faster shipping - what are my options?

Email us at hello@lizzieoliver.com with your order number. We can invoice you for a faster shipment.

RETURNS

Can I return or cancel my order?

Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our products,all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that every customer receives a high-quality, made-to-order item crafted just for them.

I received my items, but something isn't quite right - what can I do?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us directly at hello@lizzieoliver.com within 2 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will assess the situation and work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Can I exchange for a different item or size?

Do you offer promotions and discounts?

We sure do! As a small business, we love rewarding larger carts. Add three or more of any item and receive a per-item discount.

Example: Order three apparel items and save $4 on each—plus, the more you add, the more you save! We offer the similar discounts on glassware, too.

Sign up as a VIP by subscribing to both text and email and take an additional 20% off your entire order. Please note that some discounts stack while others do not. Fundraisers and PTO/PTA givebacks are not eligible for discounts.
