About Our Apparel:
Each piece is handmade in-house with care. We use high-quality screen print or DTF (Direct to Film) transfers — never HTV — for a soft, long-lasting finish that holds up beautifully over time.
Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days when both the design and selected apparel are in stock. If your chosen apparel needs to be sourced, additional time may be required. Pre-order designs usually ship within 10–14 business days. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll communicate with you directly.
Care Guide:
For best results, wash your item inside out and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly over the design. If your item includes chenille or sequin patches, lay it flat to dry and avoid machine drying.

- Processing Time: Made-to-order items ship in 3-5 business days, and pre-order items ship in 10-14 business days.
- Shipping Estimates: All orders are shipped via USPS, with delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
- Local Free Doorstep Delivery: Available for customers in Van Alstyne, Melissa, Anna, and Howe, Texas.
- Expedited Shipping: If you require faster shipping, email us at lizzieoliverco@gmail.com with your requirements. We’ll send a separate invoice for the additional shipping cost.
